Summary

  • Map streamed Chat tool-call argument deltas to Responses function-call SSE events.
  • Emit response.incomplete for streamed length and content_filter finish reasons.
  • Carry usage from empty-choice usage chunks into the terminal streaming response.
  • Update README and TODO for the completed proxy streaming slice.

  • RED: focused streaming proxy tests failed before implementation
  • GREEN: focused streaming proxy tests passed after implementation
