Summary

  • Treat provider reasoning_content as non-visible reasoning data instead of converting it to Responses output_text.
  • Preserve visible Chat content/refusal in non-streaming and streaming conversions, including streamed refusal deltas.
  • Add direct, proxy, and streaming regression coverage, and update README/TODO with the policy.
