Summary

  • Preserve sanitized compatible annotations that arrive on streamed Chat text/refusal content in terminal Responses output_text snapshots.
  • Keep response.output_text.delta payloads unchanged and annotation-free while reusing the existing whitelist sanitizer.
  • Update README and TODO to record the streaming annotation decision and next backlog item.
