• Normalize all first-party Swift app and test sources with Xcode-bundled swift-format.
• Add strict whole-repo swift-format lint to scripts/verify.sh before Xcode test/build/analyze.
• Update README and TODO so strict formatting lint is now the documented merge gate, and advance TODO to the next backlog item.
