• add explicit VoiceOver labels, values, and hints for panel controls, model rows, OpenAI account selection, proxy status, and footer icon actions
• keep provider edit/delete actions reachable without hover and require confirmation before destructive provider/account deletes
• focus the provider editor Name field, add default Save/cancel Back shortcuts, and document the menu accessibility behavior
